Yoga in Clare
Join us here, in-person or online
I am currently living near Lahinch in Co. Clare with my partner Ray, my sons Iarla and Thady and dog Tara. I moved up full time during the second lockdown, after we had to close the studio on Academy Street, in Cork. I am teaching in-person classes here in the community, the foundation of my classes is anchored in traditional yoga, infused with strength practices and functional considerations, held within a mindfulness container. Every class will incorporate breathwork, movement, relaxation and kindness. I feel very passionate about supporting new Mama's and adore teaching pre & postnatal yoga, I am available for private lessons from working on your handstand, managing anxiety to helping re-build your core & pelvic floor postnatally. A body nerd in all the ways and happy to support whatever journey you are on.

Katie AhernThe foundation of this class is the beautiful, simple, uncomplicated but someway challenging practice that is yin yoga, combined with some breathwork and somatic's. As we will have just moved into spring, we will let the energy of this season hold the practice and support our intentions of this year. As nature begins its new cycle and slowly starts to grow, expand and unfurl, let this be our inspiration. There will be lots of space for reflection, silence, heartfulness, and stillness.Book NowAn Afternoon of Rest

We will have tea & chocolate I love this time on a Sunday, as it's accessible to nearly all. My intention was for those who may not get the opportunity to join evening classes because of bedtimes, work or other commitments an opportunity to take some well needed downtime. Cares, mothers, new mommas, busy humans who barely prioritise themselves, I'm especially talking to you.Book Now
