Vinyasa for Shoulders


An Intermediate vinyasa flow style practice. This class will focus on slowly opening up your shoulders and thoracic spine, creating more mobility and space. Opening up this area will help to improve your posture and is great if you sit a lot of the day. There will be a strong emphasis on your breath and you may notice more space to breath more easily and fully during this class. A little bit of yoga experience is required. I hope you enjoy!! Hazel.
