This is all about hip internal rotation and adduction, we start off with some strong hip activation and mobility sequence, to bring awareness to the pattern of movement and then move through a fun flow with lots of interesting transitions. This is super important work, its a movement we often neglect and if you want happy hips id highly recommend doing this practice regularly.
