This privacy policy sets out how CorkLotusYoga uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website.

CorkLotusYoga is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Personal Responsibility

By choosing to practice with CorkLotusYoga, whether that is online or in-person you are agreeing to the following.

1. You understand that there is an inherent risk of injury, by participating in any form of exercise andthat includes our yoga and movement classes. You understand that there is no obligation to do everything that is suggested by Hazel or Katie, especially if it causes you any discomfort or pain. We encourage you to really move at your own pace and listen to your body.
2. You acknowledge and represent that: To the best of your knowledge, you suffer from no medical orphysical condition or disability that will or might increase the normal risks associated with exercise; (and/or) Your doctor has approved your participation in our yoga classes, in-person or online.
3. You hereby forever waive and release CorkLotusYoga any and all liability and responsibility frominjury, accident, illness, legal and medical fees sustained now or in the future resulting from your participation in any yoga videos or activities. You understand that CorkLotusYoga is not providing medical care via online videos or in-person classes
4. CorkLotusYoga accepts no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal property during theirattendance at the studio.

Class Booking

CorkLotusYoga reserves the right to refuse admission for any classes, workshops or access to the online studio.

Students must be 18 years or over to attend general classes and workshops unless otherwise specified. Students age 16-18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Students must arrive and check in no later than 5 minutes before class start time. Places may be given to wait-listed students or walk in’s after this time.
CorkLotusYoga allows students to cancel classes up to 6 hours before, if you have an emergency or medical condition, please email your teacher and let them know.

Cancellation Policy

Studio

We have limited space at our studio, It’s not fair to us or anyone on our waiting lists if you book a class and don’t show up. If your class or workshop is not cancelled within the specified time it does not give us time to fill your place so no refunds will be issued. All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Should CorkLotusYoga have to cancel a class, a full refund will be offered for Single Class Pass. For multiple Class Passes, the cancelled class will be restored to the account.

Online Studio

You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your monthly billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unwatched content.

Refund Policy

Class Passes, Gift Cards and Memberships cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged or transferred between persons. 5 and 10 class passes expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Security Information

CorkLotusYoga takes the privacy and security of our clients and their personal information very seriously.

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we will only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
We use a system called MindBodyOnline (operated and owned by MINDBODY) for storing your contact details and processing online transactions. MindBodyOnline encodes your card and contact details to ensure the
details are safe to transfer to use. Card details you store on your account for online payments are not visible to us and we do not save your card details. MINDBODY is based in the United States, with operations around the world. They store all data in servers and back-up servers located in the US. MINDBODY has Privacy Shield certification which complies with GDPR regulations related to transferring data outside of the EU.
Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
